Staying here tonight for one night after arriving at 10pm into Hanoi - made it to the hotel by 11:30pm. We've got a train tomorrow so this is perfect. Room is comfortable enough, bed too, shower's good and WiFi working well. We probably won't make the 9am limit on breakfast for to jet lag so can't comment on that

The room is big and comfortable, this hotel is located right next to the railway station so its perfect for us as we just arrived by the train. The receptionist helped us book a cab to get to the old quarter. Unfortunately when we first got there which is before 6.30, we met with a receptionist and asked if we could use the toilet before checking in early in the morning, he kept saying its not open yet (not politely). I don’t really mind this but he could’ve said it nicely.

This hotel is really good to stay and especially if you have a train to catch next day as it is right beside the railway station. The hotel is big with good spacious area and rooms. All the amenities are available in the room whicb you expect from a 4 star hotel, the neatness and everything is maintained properly. This hotel is just outside the bustle of the city as it is approx 2 kms away from city center like beer street and all but it is easily reachable by foot or by cab. I'd say it is best fit for people those tourist who are about to depart next day as it is just beside the railway station and also 80 meter away from starting point of the route 86 bus which takes you directly to the Airport.
