The staffs at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Reception is open 24X7 and you can ask for help anytime you need and you feel safe inside the hotel. I am a great fan of cleanliness and the cleanliness of the room was near to perfect. All the amenities listed were present and in good working conditions. The only problem was the locality we had to pass each time we went inside and outside the hotel, which was not so good. But that is not the fault of the hotel, they try their best to make the guests feel comfortable. The hotel is at a central location and all the important places are nearby and well connected.

We spent a few days at the Mansion Hotel for a touristic visit to Athens and this wasn’t the best accommodation option. Rooms are fairly priced but you get what you pay: a hotel at a sketchy location, not fully renovated hotel and uncomfortable bedding. The pros: strategic location if you’re using the metro to go explore the city center, go to the airport or go the Piraeus ferry port. The staff was helpful. Only recommend this hotel if you’re on a tight budget, otherwise look for a different location.

Don't stay here, the hotel is in the most dangerous area of Athens, every local and taxi driver told us that we should immediately move to a different place. The streets around the hotel are super sketchy, we didn't feel safe at all walking around there, at night or at day. The rooms are okay, but it's not worth it... Go somewhere else!
