Stay away! I booked 2 rooms (connecting), they instead gave me a single room with a double bed. Bait and switch by the hotel. Terrible manager on site, did not care. Had to call credit card to dispute charge. Left the property and booked another. Saw another person complaining while I was there too. Seams like a typical story at this hotel. So many other options in Rio. Pick another!!

Great location ! Friendly stuff ! But they managed to spoil our time there with terrible noise from workers from the apartment above us. If they have work to be done try not occupy the rooms below or next door . During the day people also want to rest .
