This place is terrible, from my point of view. I have made a reservation for a weekend in order to visit Istanbul. First of all, it was not possible to find this hotel, because there was no any singboard on it. Reception was empty, and I should call them to find anybody. After receptionist appeared, she said me that there were no free rooms in the building that I have booked (interesting, how it may happend, because I did my reservation 3 weeks in advance), but they have a room in another building. Room was so small and didn't look like on photo at all, moreover, door to terrase was broken and didn't close at all, so it was not safe to keep your belongings into it. Shower and bathroom were terrible and had terrible smell. Of course, they didn't want to help me and find my room, I booked initially. They didn't return my money, and I have to make another reservation, because it was not safe to stay in this room. I cannot reccomend this hotel, because they are trying to put you in another room with worst conditions and are not interested at all to help you to solve their problems with overbooking.

Nice place for it’s price! The room is clean and looks fine, bathroom is perfect and new, the blackout, the bed, everything is perfect. Nice and professional staff. The location is great also - 2 mins from Galatea tower! The building itself doesn’t look great and the room isn’t big but it is ok. Recommended 👍🏻

The location is perfect. Rooms are very clean, stylish and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big thanks to Ramazan at the front desk for all of his generosity and hospitality 🙌🏻 he made my trip that much better.

I received a call from my bank informing me that this hotel is trying to charge €26120 ($25319) from my card when I haven’t even reached Istanbul yet. First of all, my booking is €1401 ($1366)for 10 nights so why on earth are they trying to charge such a huge amount. Second, when they couldn’t charge that big amount, they started trying small amounts that will eventually add up to the amount they have in mind. I have screenshots to prove it. DONT STAY HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫
