I had a really great stay at Marble Arch Inn. I had to extend my stay by two extra nights and the staff were able to accomodate and allow me to stay in the same room. The accomodation is in a great location; easy walking distance to the metro, Hyde park, cafes and restaurants and Oxford St. As a woman travelling solo I felt very safe walking around the area at night which is important. The room is fairly small but has everything you need and staff clean the room and provide fresh towels every day which was appreciated. They also provide luggage storage and 24/7 reception which was very useful. Staff were friendly and always greeted you with warmth which created an inviting environment.

A bit difficult for myself as our room is on the second floor. Lots stairs but our room was worth the extra work on my painfull knees. The double bed room as very clean, the window was part opened and the excellent can meant cool fresh while in the very comfortable

We stayed for one night attending an event nearby. We had a twin room on 3rd floor on one of the hottest days so the lack of aircon was a shame after the climb up but the large fan did a good job and you can open the windows fully so got some air in! The room was compact but everything was there, clean and tidy. The service was really hospitable, and for the location and price really couldn't complain!

Stayed while at an event in Hyde Park. Location is great, very close to Hyde Park and lots of restaurants, cafes etc and Oxford Street and Tube station. Very friendly staff. Let us in our room early, so we could leave our luggage. Room was clean and modern. Bed very comfortable. Shower with towels and a washbasin. It was small and very warm but there was a very large fan installed on the wall which helped. Wish I had got a room with a toilet as the shared bathroom wasn't ideal for me and my daughter in hindsight, even though there are 2 toilets and there was always a free toilet and they were clean. Would recommend getting a larger room with toilet if you can afford it but the price we paid was very cheap for central London and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We just got back to the US after staying at the Marble Arch Inn for 4 nights. We thought the hotel was great! I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff, they were all so nice and helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcome and well cared for during our stay. The room was comfortable for 3 of us and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We miss it already!
