Depends on the unit and owner you get. Some kitchens are not functional so better be prepared to just eat out. Location is great and I’m ok with noise level from street

I rented this condo for a year and it was the worst experience. First of all, the room was dirty from day one and no cleaning was done at all. The hot water is not working, there is a leak in the ceiling, the electricity is not working, etc. It is disgusting. Also, the building is old and you can hear the noise of the residents living above, below, and to the left and right. I had to take sleeping pills every day. The response from the agent and owner was very slow and unsatisfactory. Also, the deposit was not refunded at all when we moved out. I would not recommend living in this condo at all. There are better condos nearby.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. This is the best place to stay with your friend or your family..The staff was wonderful and give a great service..The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The aesthetics in the room designed were awesome.The price was amazing and affordable..i will repeat again to stay with my family.
