Hotel service quality is a hit and miss in China. It was a delight to come back to the Marco Polo Parkside Beijing, even for 1 night. The staff is helpful, congenial, and easy to communicate with. The lobby is grandiose and modern. The hotel rooms are very nice with comfortable bedding and lots of space in the room. The room is clean and spacious for all of our luggage! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, convenient hotel to stay in as it is also very close to the nice forest park, shopping malls, subways and beyond!

A very conveniently located hotel for the Olympic Park area. I enjoyed jogging in the park. fast access to the subway, took me a few minutes to get to the station. Close proximity to excellent restaurants and shopping malls. Perfect location for a business trip. The infrastructure of the hotel is modern, especially the lobby is impressive for the affordable price of the hotel.

Our family stay in this hotel for few nights. The room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast had alot of varieties. The staffs are very friendly. My son got a birthday surprise from hotel on his birthday, 2 hotel staff bring him a birthday. We enjoy our stay n will definitely come back to stay here again.

My acquaintance with China started with Hotel Marco Polo Beijing! I stayed very happy! There is an English - speaking and Russian - speaking stuff. Buffet with very delicious European food in Chinese style. A great view, a convenient location, subway station in a 2 minutes near by hotel. Especially hospitable and sincere the whole hotel staff, I felt myself a special and very important guest!

Excellent service. They have clean rooms, almost all crews are polite. I like our room its really spacious. The comfort room is also spacious. The hallway is carpeted so youbdont worry if you are running coz it will still be quiet. The restaurant serves variants of food. The desserts are many. I like the ice cream and the fountain of chocolate. Drawback: not all the waitress can speak good english. But i enjoyed my stay there.
