Our stay started off really promising. The room was nice and clean and the hotel has a very refreshing look compared to when it was the Lake Tahoe Resort. Through our stay the phone in the room didn't work and we had to walk to the front desk to get a hold of anyone.. I called with my cell phone, but was not able to get a hold of anyone. Other than that the hotel is located close enough to everything in the area with plenty of places to eat. Unfortunately on our last night, the valet crashed a vehicle into the front of my 2021 Ram 2500 causing $8,000+ damage to the front and rear bumper as well as grill. In my experience, an accident to a vehicle has never helped in maintaining the value of that vehicle. The manager was very apologetic and accepted full responsibility on behalf of the valet company. He also waived the parking fees for our stay ($90). When we got the news we had to end our dinner and then spend about an hour with the valet manager going over the process. Our kids were bored and to put it lightly it ruined the night as well as put a big negative outlook on what was shaping out to be a great trip. During check out my wife asked the front desk if there was anything they could do and the girl working shrugged her shoulders and quickly said "that company is separate from us." I understand we're only 1 customer in a big tourist area, but if I ran a business that is not the experience I would want to leave them with.

Our stay at this newly renovated hotel was great. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Location is perfect and centrally located. We did not need a car and took shuttle from Reno - super easy. Indoor hot tub:pool was also nice after skiing. Luis was amazing every morning for our breakfast. He is a true asset to the team and an excellent manager! Agustin was also amazing at engaging the guests and truly enjoys his day helping guests . He also is a great asset to your team and creating great guest experiences.

There’s a lot to say about this place. It has a really good vibe to it and you feel like you’re in the tropics although you are in Southlake Tahoe. The entire property has been recently renovated in a massive way and you would find very modern showers and bathroom Fixtures. The one issue that I bet they could not rectify was the paper thin walls between rooms. We heard with these people speaking in the room next to us and also there intimate relations. That was entertaining, but late at night can be a little bit of a issue.

As others mentioned the hotel is recently renovated and is looking fresh. The rooms look new will all the new decor and furniture. Overall this is a nice place to stay with kids. The only complaint that I had was the front desk staff never mentioned the room is connected to other rooms and you could actually hear everything from other side of the room through the door bottom. They should ideally be sealing these. There are three restaurants and bar options. The food options are normal and nothing special about them. The breakfast buffet seems to be priced high with $29 for adults and $20 for kids. It is not worth the price with not so many options and is filled mostly with lot of continental items. The valet parking is also little expensive and $29 per night. Overall good experience and may be bit pricey.

This place surprised me. It was beautiful and clean. The rooms are big and spacious. It's right next to Heavenly Village. The hotel even has restaurants on site. The big thing for us was the indoor pool. My kids enjoyed that the most. The only cons were that not all king suites come with a sofa sleeper. I was told over the phone that all their king suites come with a sleeper but they do not. Also the AC is really loud but other than that we had a lovely stay.
