Having stayed once before the hotel is comfortable and clean! Room was very tidy with a balcony for a view of Padova not withstanding! The spa facilities are available to use though I had to 'rent' a robe and flipflops for the use of the spa and it's use also! Continental breakfast was 8€ and there's a good selection of edibles to choose from. Location is approximately a gentle 15mins walk to the old part of Padova and main shopping area. The only downside is the hotel is located adjacent to the main Padova hospital which also had numerous ambulances, sirens a sounding, tooing and froing at all times day and night..! I didn't quite realise how many people were all in need of the hospital at any one time even though it was Christmas!! Ear plugs essential for this dilemma at night especially if visiting in the warmer months too!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was friendly, with an efficient reception, welcoming, well positioned to access the centre of Padova and spotless. Ask for a quiet room at the back. Piers, UK

The hotel looked very beautiful when we first walked in. The style seemed very clean and kind of wealthy, don't know how to name it. The couches in the lobby were also very comfortable. The receptionists we met during our short stay were helpful, friendly and polite. Even when the reception telephone really demanded their attention... ;) About the room we got: The room looked fine, lovely soft bed with thin sheets. The bathroom had everything you need to freshen up again. The room also contained a mini-fridge which contains several beverages you can drink for a small price. There also seems to be a nice breakfast service, but we did not try it out. The hotel has a luggage room, which the staff were very open about. We asked if we could put our luggage their and they said we could leave it there as long as we wished for. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in!

Positives: -the position, very near the city centre. -the wifi connection is strong, which is important if you need to work from your computer. -it’s warm in the rooms and they also give you additional blankets and pillows. -there is a private parking. Negatives: -rooms are very small and in the triple rooms, the third bed is not a real bed. -they do clean the rooms every day, but not very thoroughly. -this one was very shocking to me- the shower head is not removable! taking a shower is pretty hard. -there’s an additional fee for using the parking- 7€ a day. I think at least some of those negatives should be improved, considering the price. Overall, a pleasant stay.
