Been living 3 years at Marquise, great quality of materials, easy access in / out and good people working there. 17years in dubai it was out best stay by far.

Not sure about all these negative reviews,I spend over a week there and it was great time,pool is big and clean,great for swimmers,gym is superbly equipped,the view from our apartment(1712) was amazing and the whole building is new and finished in high standard oh and the location is just great,close to Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall and new marina.

I’ve been living in this building since almost 4 years. Very good location, as well as the view which on both the Business Bay Canal and the Burj Khalifa. Modern, clean and spacious apartment at first, but with the time, a lot of damage has occurred. The building security is very rude, impolite, lacks of communication skills. I felt attacked and disrespected every time I spoke to them. Also way too many holiday homes, which makes the building noisy and loose it’s privacy.

Horrible management of the building. It is prohibited to have dogs and the building is full of dogs, parties every weekend with loud music, non residents walking inside the building and entering your the apartment, the house is full of holiday homes, personal trainers are not allowed in the gym even if you have medical prescription. We have rented the apartment for a year with a very high price for what we really got and we are very disappointed for the choice! Children shouting in the corridors, the swimming pool is small and with dirty beds, overlooking the dusty road. Strongly not recommended!
