My experience at the Rove Hotel City Walk was largely enjoyable, highlighted by a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The hotel’s ambiance stood out, contributing to a relaxing and pleasant stay. However, there were a few areas where the service could be improved. The check-in process took notably longer than anticipated, with a 40-minute delay against the promised 15-20 minutes. Furthermore, the response time for room service was slower than I had expected, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these service-related issues, the overall quality of the hotel and the comfort of my stay were commendable. While there’s room for improvement in terms of service speed, the positive aspects of my stay were predominant. Concluding, I would rate my stay at the Rove Hotel City Walk a 7 out of 10. The experience was good overall, but some service aspects could be enhanced for a more seamless experience. ---------------------- Update: I’m thankful for the hotel management’s response to my review, highlighting their dedication to guest experience. Their follow-up provided valuable insights, reflecting a positive approach to service enhancement

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a great 10/10 experience. Everything was really clean and the room view was great. The breakfast had a variety of options. I am specifically writing this review for Mohammed Islam who made the stay even better! He attended all our needs really quickly no matter how many times we have asked! And does it with such a respectful kind manner. This made me love the hotel even more. Thank you and hope to see you again.
