We had an absolutely amazing time, especially the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet! We were a group with some issues where two of us got corona, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful, they even completely disinfected the room when cleaning. The room itself was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I come to Porto!

Our family including, a baby had a wonderful week at the hotel. Our rooms were more spacious than expected and the garden and pool area is even better in real life than in the photos! The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They even let us stay around the hotel and garden after our final check-out and allowed us to use a room for the baby to have his afternoon sleep. Yes, it's in a busy square with buses and a taxi rank outside so there's a bit of noise, but it is SO convenient. Literally 5 paces to the bus stop for the beach. The Marques Metro stop is just across the road so you can get to the city easily and it only costs 1.30 Euro. Would definitely recommend.

Just average place. They are trying their hardest but still a way bit short of what they are charging. The building is beautiful and the garden is amazing. The nice superlatives stops there. It's in front of a busy bus stop with many people gathering outside and chatting. If you are getting the rooms facing the street forget about it! You should bring your earmuffs. Our room was not what we're expecting at all. The shower room drainage was clogged, the sink too. Bad smell coming from the showroom also. If you are 5.10 feet tall mind your head! There are a few spots where you can hit your head. I see there is potential there, but I think we were not on our lucky week 😉

Staying at Olivia was a great experience! I was there with some friends and staff were all very nice and helpful! Can’t complain about anything. Rooms were spacious, with wardrobes and lots of space. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Just had a little problem with a guest who was rude to our group for no reason - the situation was quickly resolved. Thanks again for having us!!!
