This hotel is not for tourists, for local people. They don't have English or any other languages speaking staff. Location is very bad and public transportation is not sufficient in Jakarta. So you have to call a taxi or biker all the time. They don't provide hot water in the rooms, neither tea or coffee. Breakfast is very simple, not continental as Agoda said. Water outlets in washbasin and shower are not runny. There were some insects around. Small refrigerator makes sound all the time

the location is super strategic. it is near from the city and it placed in front of a wide road. the parking area is big and there is one too in front of the hotel. Mr. security was so kind, he helped us to find a parking lot. and there was a welcome drink too (coca cola). But….., the room is quite dirty, there were hairs in my toilet sink and the window was full of dust, I requested a room of city view but I couldn't see anything because of the dust haha, the other things was the city view was blocked by hotels rooftop full of laundry. the soap dispenser didn't work and there was no tissue in the room. they claimed there is WIFI but there was none in my visit. and the staff was not friendly, this is my first time went to the hotel rooftop and got kicked out by the staff. they said the rooftop hotel is for the staff only. the last thing is, the pool is not kid friendly.

Staff are really nice , stay is really good , location is perfect. I want to say a special thank you to hamza his hospitality skills are 100% he is so welcoming my children loves him, now we are back they miss him so much. And thank you to staff for my daughters birthday surprise.
