Our stay at Martini Suite was awesome. Our family room was very cozy and very clean. There even was a small and cozy balcony. Alex at the reception, Ronald and his brother at breakfast, made our stay very pleasant. They were always ready to help us and they gave us very valuable tips that made our 2 night stay in Milano worth it. Grazie ragazzi, spero di rivedervi presto.

I have just checked out of this place, and if you're lucky enough to find this review before you book, God loves you. This will save you from having a terrible experience. I booked the double room with terrace. Upon arrival, my reservation was not recognised at reception, and was told that my booking was at another hotel. After arriving to the other hotel, they confirmed it was indeed the original hotel that i arrived at. My time was wasted. They may try to sell you on the free breakfast, but it's really only a bunch of left over croissants from the local bakery (assuming it'd be thrown out otherwise?). Feel like a coffee? You must request this from reception haha, joke. Also, you are greeted by the rudest and dryest staff. There is a lady, who had darker features, who had unpleasant energy. She was rude and we felt uncomfortable with every interaction - giving off bad vibes. She was very strict on sitting in designated seats due to her laziness, and we had to ask her to make us coffee. The latter part is fair enough, but not when the person making it is making it with such apathy. Also, the steam from the shower set off my room alarm, and this same lady walked into my room whilst i was naked. And she only apologised when she was around others, and when it was convenient for her to do so. On top of that, check-out timing was not very clear. I had thought this was 11am, and she decided to knock on my door several times at 10.01 to let me know that it's time to check out, when she could've called. There is another lady who worked there with lighter features who was so much warmer and nicer to us. Kudos to her! As for the other one, she doesn't belong in customer service. Honestly, i would avoid this place at all costs. Certainly not worth the premium price i paid for my room. Bill

The service was excellent. About the room they where great for the price and the breakfast was exceptional. I would recommended this room.

Terrible experience, one of the worst in our life. We have tried 2 rooms as the first offered was cold (air con not working) and smelly. In the second room hot water was not working and no support has been received from receptionist. Poor service level and not at all aligned to pictures (found in websites, including booking.com) and price (same as 3-4stars hotel in the same area). We have been forced to reserve another hotel on the spot and move at late night…
