This is the second time I been to this hotel, It is very clean, the whole staff is very kind, A very good price for such quality, They have a great staff who are very kind and helpful especially the girl whose name is Gamza she is very helpful and very kind always happy to help the customers, This hotel would definitely be my choice for staying whenever I visit Trabzon again.

The staff is super nice, the location is just ideal, the view from the room was good, the room was very very spacious compared to other hotels you usually find in Turkey at the same price. The hotel had a large cafe & restaurant at its entrance, it was very good, a nice spot to spend the evening. The only two downsides were as follows: 1- the bathroom smelled like mold all the time, it had no proper ventilation. 2- the breakfast is repetitive and very typical, it's not a buffet like most Turkish hotels, and you had no choice to eat anything different on any other day. I would encourage the owner to find breakfast alternatives knowing that they have a fully operating restaurant just at the ground floor.

The room was clean, large and having many drawers. The price was reasonable. The receptionist were very helpful to give the information about the area and the places to visit. There is a good restaurant and a supermarket in the same building which is a convenience. The only disadvantage would be, as it is located by a main road, it may not be a fully quite place in the evening. I would recommend the hotel.
