Nice and clean area, close to Paddington. Apartment was clean and had all utilities we needed. The no contact entry and leaving was working fine. Would recommend.

For my first visit to London from Paris with my family (5years old son and 6 months daughter) and my husband, we were super happy to spend our first visit here. The manager is a great host always checking up on us and asking if we needed anything. the location is minutes away from underground transport and from several bus stations. The apartment was clean and well tied. the neighborhood was relatively calm as well.

The apartment was clean and the gentleman who showed us our room was friendly and kind. In the kitchen a previous traveller has left side sugar and Yorkshire tea which was much appreciated. There is Tesco a short walk from the the apartment and you can get a decent amount of groceries. The fridge though clean was bare. Not even water for a weary traveller was in there. There is a little TV in the lounge that plays the basic tv channels. I wish they had put up a traveller profile of the people who would enjoy a visit, I'd have known to stay away. The windows are not double glazed at all so you hear every sound. People walking on the pavement right outside your window, the cars passing blaring loud music, the party upstairs the under 25s are throwing EVERY SINGLE SOUND!😖 It made for a truly awful experience. I managed a total of 3.5 hours sleep for the 2nights I stayed there. The pullout bed was super uncomfortable and there was a bit of black mould in the bottom of the shower cubicle. 😱
