2 most important things in short: 1. the rooms are new and modern and CLEAN, although a little small 2. I had the impression the whole tower is a hotel, IT IS NOT!, it is just a renowated appartment where 3 rooms were installed Long story: Due to delayed flight I arrived late, but the manager was kind enough to wait for me. He spoke no english so he explained me everything with google translater, which worked just fine. Than I had to pay upfront. I was also wondering why I saw no reception, but since I was late I thought we used a site entrance. I was missing a blanket which I received the next day (it was hot enough to sleep without), but I got lied at, that the day blanket is what is usually used. Next morning on my way to the restaurant where I was supposed to get my breakfast I realized it is just an appartment house. I respect the business man behind this, but I dont like intransparance. At the Java bar I was told that my voucher is only worth 4€ and the food available is what you expect from a cafe, but not from a hotel breakfast (no vegetables and so on). If you wanna stay within the 4€ rang your choices are also limited. One day I had a croisant with ham and cheese + coffee, which was 4,3€. I had to pay the 30 cent. Not what I expect from a bed „A“nd BREAKFAST. But the java service was really nice and friendly and the coffee was good. Rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. Would have given 5 stars for the room, but minus one for the breakfast (at least male it more than 4€) and that people are a littlebit deceived. So its 3 stars, but good 3 stars

Recently built structure with extreme attention to every detail, the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and linen is impeccable. What makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the b&b, making the guest feel at home and meticulously attentive to their every need. Brand new room and bathroom equipped with all comforts, stocked with everything you need with courtesy kit and minibar and relaxation area with kettle, instant tea and coffee infusions. There is a huge terrace for each room and a safe. Strategic location for the Fair but also to reach the center by bus in just 10 minutes or 20 minutes on foot. Adjacent is the Coop shopping center with bar and laundry. Highly recommended!

We only stayed for one night unfortunately. Nice room, everything new and above all very clean, with mini fridge and something for breakfast in addition to the tickets. Very kind staff available for any request. Very comfortable even if not central. We didn't have to move the car thanks to the buses that pass nearby and in 10 minutes we were in the center. We highly recommend it.
