This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated, service was excellent and very attentive (they even gave us a full refund when I accidentally booked a room for the wrong dates), and room was full of everything one could need during the stay. Not to mention that the location was excellent, half way to the train and main attractions. I cannot speak more highly about this hotel.

This was more than a hotel, this was a small efficiency. Very comfortable and very clean. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but also conveniently located to just walk around. Also not far from the main train station. A great place to relax after a day walking around. I would highly recommend staying here if in Salzburg.

The apartment is amazing, very clean and furnished elegantly. We arrived very late (1 am) and the automated check-in was very helpful. You always have a contact with the hotel in case of emergencies. They have a beautiful garden to serve coffee in the morning. It is in walking distance to the city center and it takes you 2 minutes to Mirabell gardens. There is plenty of nearby public parking.

Interesting concept that is a blend of a hotel and apartments. You enter a building that is branded "m" so I think the entire property is owned by "master", the doors automatically open so there is no security. There is a nice lobby with a cute outdoor seating area and elevator. The room/apartment looks just like the photos and is very cute and clean. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 for one night. My only hesitation is the lack of security, but the area didn't strike me as an unsafe at all, so it's fine but just stood out. There was one person who I think serves as a staff/employee of the property but he was rarely around. The location is fantastic and close to everything.

***Beware False / misleading Advertistment*** TL;DR: The studio is nice and clean, and the self chrck-in process is long and painful. But more importantly, I think this hotel (or the hotel booking website - agoda) has False / Misleading Advertistment PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS SUBJECTIVE TO ME AND MY FAMILY'S OPINION ONLY. when we reserved the studio (see picture attached) we realized that the room is barely larger than a regular hotel room (with a tiny couch, estimated to be twin xl, that the management claimed it can comfortably fit in 2 adults). The management also claimed that this room can comfortably fit in 4 adults. So you can refer to the picture attached (taken with ultrawide 0.6 lens) and determine if the "studio" can fit in 4 adults comfortably. Aside from that and to be fair, the room is clean and nice.
