Everything was good except the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, they did not clean the room daily and provide clean towels daily we had to ask for clean towels. The room was not checked prior to our arrival, we did not get Chips / Crisps in a tube and when we checked out they tried to charge is for them. The food menu was in Vietnamese only so we were limited to noodles and rice. Other than that the location is perfect, the villa is really beautiful and big, everything you need. We all had a lovely time.

it's the worst experience i've ever had lol. there're bugs and frogs inside of our room; the pool is dirty af, the staff lied to us that the light wasn't broken while actually it was broken way before we got there. Plus, the food is not worth the money compared to other restaurants. To be honest, i don't like the location and the villas. Totally not recommended

Stayed in a very cool Bungalow here and was very impressed with how nice the room was. It had everything we needed and more and was cozy, warm and comfortable. I loved the coffee and the fruit platter and the Pho the next day for breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend staying here especially if you visit when the weather is nice. The swimming pool is fantastic and i will be visiting again for sure. Xin Cam On ❤️

Horrible experience! Avoid this place if you want a quiet, relaxing stay. The hotel hosted a group of 40 high school teens and threw a day-long party (3-10 pm) right at the pool with Vinahouse trashing from huge speakers. The hotel didn't bother to notify or warn us in advance or apologize for this. Their restaurant also caters for groups and all dishes are tailored for them (think of big dishes 100-300k vnd each). The place overall looks lovely but is poorly managed. Spend your money elsewhere
