This hotel was incredible. It ticked all the boxes. We visited over Xmas and New Year and as I can’t walk far at the moment we wondered if there would be enough to do but we are thinking we will have to go back as there was so much. The hotel arranged lots of festive activities during the day. There was live entertainment every night. All the staff were brilliant and it would be unfair to single anyone out. The location was great, near the bus stop, 1.5 Euros to Old Town/or Harbour or 10 in a taxi. 10 min walk to great shopping mall (check out Jumbos). 15 mins to Lighthouse Beach but I walk slow. The facilities were great an my daughter was in the indoor pool everyday. The food was excellent and was different the second week. The 6 course meal @ the Flying Pig on New Years Eve was outstanding… I’m running out of superlatives😊Message to owners… Manager an staff need a pay rise they were all so good

"I recently had the most incredible 14-day stay at the Mayfair Hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience. The staff at this hotel truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. From the warm and welcoming reception to the attentive concierge service, every member of the team made our stay unforgettable. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight. The chef's culinary creations were a feast for the senses, and the waitstaff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The activities and shows offered during our stay were top-notch. Whether it was the poolside relaxation, the engaging activities, or the captivating entertainment shows, there was never a dull moment. We were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. Speaking of the pool, it was a perfect oasis of tranquility. The serene pool area and attentive poolside service made it a fantastic place to unwind and soak up the sun. From start to finish, our time at the Mayfair Hotel was an unforgettable adventure. The blend of impeccable service, delectable cuisine, exciting activities, and the wonderful pool made it a truly exceptional stay. Staff are really friendly on the whole. Managers are very visible and helpful. To move it from an average 4 star to a great one is just a bit more detail. We had constant dripping from the toilet cistern. Unit where the fridge is, the door didn't close. The all inclusive should pushed as inclusive as its not all inclusive and there are some barriers. Food is a bit repetitive but very edible. None of the above detracted from our enjoyment and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Like I said, a few minor details that could improve the overall rating. Thanks, Mayfair, for a good holiday

We are currently halfway through our weeks stay at the Mayfair hotel and our holiday has gotten off to a great start! We had the most perfect day with our two little girls in the old town yesterday, which is about a 20-30 minute walk. Our experience has been made so much better due to the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The only thing I have marked down is the room. The suite we have is ideal as it is big and spacious, which makes it more than comfortable for 4 of us. However, some of the fixtures could use some TLC, but I am more than willing to look over these minor defects. The holiday and hotel is a winner in my eyes 😀
