Serene, beautiful, and outstanding. The hotel impresses with its tranquility and elegant design. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, offering a stunning garden that is a delight to wake up to. The attention to detail in the futons and tasteful decor is evident. The staff are exceptionally hospitable, making every interaction pleasant and helpful. The dining experience is also noteworthy, featuring exquisite kaiseki breakfast. This hotel is indeed a hidden gem, providing a memorable and delightful stay. Thank you so much.

Mayu Bangkok Japanese Hotel. Stay in the heart of Bangkok Sukhumvit road. Surprise Birthday to my lovely sister. The property was clean, quiet. Interior design mood and tone natural material warn tones Room In our room has terrace and we can see Japanese garden. I selected room out door pool and also has a private bathroom. Service The attention to details about service was stand-out. At night in our room staff prepared gifts were delivered sweet treats in wooden box. Food - Breakfast We wear yukata for breakfast. I did book and pay, but they kept sending me msgs every single day thru booking app.. it was annoying they they got somewhat negative because I didn’t show up then they sent me a msg that they won’t refund me “despite the fact I didn’t even ask for the money” and they mentioned sth about legal actions. I don’t know why & how it got escalated, aggressive & heated. I kept quiet the whole time it was them talking to them.. I have a feeling i may get some nasty reply from them now 😂 Anyway the place could be amazing but I didn’t go

Good hotel to feel the atmosphere of Japan. Room itself is not that big, but has everything needed with private wooden bath tub located outside of the room. Small Japanese garden is quite a photogenic place, breakfast was gorgeous, staffs were all nice, it was definitely worth the price for all the experiences. The only problem in our room was that the window facing the road could not be completely shut, and motorcycle noise in the morning was quite disrupting. Maybe bringing masking tape with you is the easiest solution, but it would be nice if the hotel could fix it.
