Pros: -Location -Easy check in Cons: - Flat did not match what was advertised on booking, balcony was nothing like the picture, it was facing the inside of the building - AC working very poorly, we barely slept due to the heat. Could not keep the fan going even thought the room was very hot and not set to Auto. - Scheduled a small boat tour through them and was told it was one thing (Fernando's Boats) and ended up on something totally different (SalBoats). The boat tour was the top activity we were looking forward to do while in Sorrento and it ended up being the biggest disappointment. I was overcharged on top of that, paid 140euro for a 115euro tour. Nothing against Sal but I wish we were told we were going on and old fishing boat and not the typical tour boats you see in the Sorrento / Amalfi coast. Do yourself a favor and book your own tours so you know what you are getting. Added pics of what we were told we booked (Fernando Boat) vs what we got (SalBoat) for reference.

Place is very spacious, bed very comfortable, location is very convenient. Communication with the host is perfect and she is very kind, helpful and friendly Overall is a good place to stay but is a rental concept, not a hotel. But: .-Breakfast is not included, because is not a hotel or bed & breakfast concept. But i stayed in another suites hotel concept the night before around the corner for exactly the same price (3 Euros Less to be exactly) and breakfast was included and it was more convenient. -theres is no help/person on site, no check in desk, the host is amazing but is only through chat. She just get there if is needed.

😃 Great guest house! We planned to stay only one night but eventually stayed for one more. The hosts were helpful and very nice, rooms are well decorated and beautiful, the place is very clean and the breakfast is great. And also, central location, quiet and close to the main street. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for two nights 09/04/22 & 10/04/22 and have to say its one of the worse places I've ever stayed!! To start with the room is nothing like what's advertised on booking.com, the free wifi hardly worked, the noise was absolutely insane and made it impossible to sleep or concentrate due to the place being located next to a football pitch (not stated anywere on the website) loud music was playing and people screaming and shouting at each other, at night the stairs had no lights, so that was quite dangerous climbing the stairs at night, numerous long black hairs found on the bed linen and in the bathroom, no privacy with the single sheer curtain in the room, tiny balcony (not the ones advertised on booking.com), over all just a very disappointing stay!!
