Highly recommended. Rooms was clean and quite big, Daily cleaning. Food was fantastic and fresh. Staff always smiling and very helpful 😊 There is 3 pools , 1 for small children , the other 2 for older, 2big slide and in small pool few slide and splash area. Beautiful promenade leading to hersonissos.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was not a present experience. We encountered many issues during your stay, mainly being food and the staff. The food is bland no taste and there themed nights are more of an insult to the country than anything. The staff well what do I stay I witnessed one run over a small child with a plate trolly, another knocked my plate onto my top covering me in food! The lifeguard is more interested in taking teenage girls back to there room and poring drinks than watching your children’s safety. !!!If you get room 408 ask for a different one!!! We was right on the stairs and was frequently woken up by people shouting and just rolling suit cases up the stairs. The location is perfect though being only €10 by taxi into the town where we had the most delicious food made by a lovely family run restaurant and only a short walk to the beach, which is lovely. Yes you have to walk though what looks like a storm drain to get to it but it’s worth it when you pools are saltier than the sea! Which brings me in to my next point, the pool edge is covered in thick algae and hair which is disgusting!! There is barley any sun beds in the shade and with a mix of bad food made my very ill!!

We went there in 2022 May. Still my favorite place i’ve been to! If you want to party the Star Beach isn’t far away, about two kms which isn’t far. The rooms could have some work done but otherwise AC worked perfectly. We had some drunk people break our lock accidentally and come into my parents room during the night but in the morning they sent the repair man to fix the lock and apologized for the incident. When we arrived one of the staff took our two suitcases and carried them up the stairs himself. I counted it was around a 100 stairs to our room. He was super nice! He even laughed when me and my mother couldn’t stop laughing cause we were sweaty and hot and barely making it up the stairs. So if you go make sure you’re sporty enough to make it up the stairs cause the hotel is on a mountain literally. For the stuff it was AMAZING!!!! I didn’t meet a single staff who was rude. Everyone was welcoming and knew english and were very helpful when we had questions. At food service those people also act so sweet, they are busy as hell and quickly clean up messes if something happens while maintaining a positive attitude. When we left early morning they had some fruits and warm stuff ready for us plus coffee. The lady wished us a lovely trip back and said she’d hope to see us again. I promised to go back because that was the most pleasant experience ever!!! The pool areas could be a bit bigger and better but it’s not too bad. Only bad thing is the hotel doesn’t have a beach side so you have to go and find a beach by yourself. It’s not too bad however, just wear shoes because the sand is HOT!!! Anyway, definitely recommend this place!!!

Staff were brilliant. Rooms a bit dated but serviceable. Location was good but it was so hot we didn't venture out but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Lots of choice on the buffet. Entertainment staff were great and so friendly. If you don't like lots of stairs ask for a room in a block with a lift. My sister's room was up a lot of stairs, which she could not manage but they changed it without any fuss

The rooms are old, even if all inclusive, if you want a good drink or just water in the room you have to pay. For extra towels (for going to the sea) need to leave 10€ deposit (for each), you want to change - 0.50€ pay for laundry. Expected when I took all inclusive, not to bother with such nuances. In general I put 4, as the view from the room and the sea left a pleasant impression!
