One of the best residential complexes in Melbourne. Lisa at concierge is the the best and kindest person who guide all people with a Big Warm Smile. This building is one of the most convenient places for living in Melbourne. You have access to everything you can imagine, supermarkets, public transport, universities, southern cross station etc.

They have 3 lifts, and out of which 1 has not been working for last 3 days. Moreover, they reserve 1 out of the 2 operational lift for people to move their stuff. Now this leaves us with 1 lift and there are 45 floors (with 13 houses on each floor). So you’re expecting to wait 30+ minutes in the lobby queue, just to get up. I’m moving out the day this lease ends. AND, especially during COVID! Ps: concierge is good, its not their mistake! But the building corporation sucks! Slow. Update Week 2: It has been 2 weeks of the excruciating wait to fix the lift. Guess what, no one has fixed it yet! Sick init? You could reach Caulfield faster than reaching your house up. Update 3: They fixed the first lift. But all hail luck, the third lift now stopped working. 🥲 And now, we have to wait until june for it to be fixed. 🙏

I have been living in this apartment for the past 2 years, and I can confidently say the concierge team here is the best. Special shout out to Chris, who has always been so sweet and friendly. Now that we are moving out, I’m really going to miss him and our little conversations. Thank you so much for your service Chris, it is much appreciated! I’ll miss you a lot!

One of the worst places to live . Out of the 3 elevators one never works and while the other one has someone moving in or is out of order for mechanical reasons .try to avoid at all costs and even though everything is around , it is a pain to wait for close to 30 mins especially if you live in a higher floor * Its end of year 2023 and same issue happening. One elevator is out of service for a couple of weeks, another one is used for move in/ move out. Leaving just one lift for 45 floors.
