The economy room and the entire hotel were nasty. I’m glad I brought my own bedding and towel with me. There were two dirty tea cups in the room that had been there for a while. The fridge was dirty. The floors were dirty. The tv didn't work (had cracks in it) The mattress had old blood on it the entire hotel was completely nasty. I would not recommend anyone staying there, not even for a night.

Just don't stay there if you think the budget option is for you. Even the hotel manager is embarrassed with these rooms. In the basement, no windows, smells bad, bed doesn't really look like a bed, shower is leaking everywhere in the bathroom. Consider adding a few euros to your night and treat yourself with something nicer. The area is loaded with hotel options.

large, clean rooms with nice furniture and many mirrors; very close to the city center and the attractions, but very steep streets; comfortable beds; very kind and helpful staff, who solve every problem if you tell them about it; we had a reservation in another hotel but came one week earlier to Istanbul (without a reservation) and they gave us two nice rooms although we arrived late at night; breakfast is not bad; rooms are just cleaned when you ask for it

The hotel was recently renovated, you see that the work are not completely finished yet. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, she speaks good English. My foom is cheap, really small, clean. The position is good, but from the tram you have a little walk and the street is very steep. The bed is comfortable. In general a good place if you don't expect too much.
