We had the most wonderful stay. The apartment was really big and spacious with all we needed. The area is so great very close to hagia sophia, and the blue mosque. Mahmut in the reception at the hotel was amazing he explained everything, he showed us places of interest on a map. We asked about leather jackets. He arranged someone to come pick us up, and took us to a wonderful shop where we purchased 2 leather jackets and delivered us back to the hotel. Murat help us carry our bags, he was very friendly always smiling. The breakfast was very diverse and good. Breakfast was at the hotel up the road. What a great team Mahmut & Murat made. They made our stay top notch. We would definitely stay here again.

The only good thing about this place is the location. They were overbookded and told us te moment we were searching for the apartment, not sooner. They offered us 2 basic rooms in their hotel for one night and the next night we could move to the apartment. When we complained about this situation, we were told we cost the hotel a lot of money and the could have let us sleep on the street. Not professional, especially since its your own mistake and not ours. The apartment itself is very basic, has terrible beds, a dangerous and uncomfortable bath/shower. I would defenitely not recommend this place.

The location of the apartments is brilliant, literally a 5 minute walk to the Sultan Ahmet (blue) Mosque. Our apartment was spacious and equipped for any self catering needs. Breakfast was on the rooftop of another hotel a couple of minutes walk away, the food was sufficient and the views overlooking the city were great. We needed a driver to take us to Konya and the reception staff kindly arranged this for us at a reasonable price. Just a couple of niggles: The bathroom didn’t have a lock or ventilation which can become problematic for a family of 5! Some parts of the balcony were broken which could be dangerous. Also bare in mind there is no lift so if you are in apartments higher up, it can become tiring especially if you have any mobility issues.
