5/5. If you are traveling alone with adequate budget, I bet this will be the best choice that you can make in your itinerary. Of course the room was super clean, all the staffs were duper kind and you can get additional amenities(including cleansing foam and cleansing oil - Their amazing quality just blew my mind) on the lobby floor. And it's located near Shin-Osaka station so it's perfect if you are planning to use Shinkansen or Haruka. Furthermore, they have LAWSON in the same building. Never hesitate to book this lovely hotel, there's no more time for being on the fence, just go for it!

Take east exit ,the lift is beside the stairs.The twin room was great because of separate toilet and shower room. Free coffee and ice on first floor.Convenience store is in front of the hotel.

Of all the hotels I stayed during my 3 week Japan trip, this was the best. The room was small but cleverly laid out with beautiful finishing touches. It felt a bit like a delux cabin on a ship. The hotel is very close to the station, easy to find using Google maps navigation and there is a Lawson's that literally exits into the hotel lobby. Best of a ll they have a complementary beverage machine dispensing hot tea, and more importantly, freshly ground coffee, 24 hrs a day. Definitely staying here again on any future journeys.

Checked in at almost midnight on 14 December and the staff was still quick to greet me at the counter and process my check in in less than 5mins. Lobby was small, but clean and neat with some seating area. There is also a coffee machine with free coffee available. The room itself is small but has what you need and there is sufficient space to open the luggage fully. The toilet water pressure is strong and the temperature control is responsive. There is also a Panasonic hairdryer which I found very good and also not too noisy. There was also pajamas provided. The bed itself was pretty hard, and the pillows were small. One pillow was hard and the other was softer. I did not have the most comfortable sleep as I prefer softer bed. There is a bedside light control which is very convenient. The curtain also did a good job in blocking out the sun. Lastly, there is a 24hr Lawson right below the hotel which makes it very convenient. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
