We stayed there for 3 nights . It's a nice cave hotel located just a 2 minutes walking distance from urgup main market area. Rooms are cozy and well maintained. Welcoming and helpful staff. The reception guy gave us discount also while booking hot air balloon. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone 👍

I think the idea of staying inside a cave appealed to my kids and they really liked the rooms. The place is whimsical and unique for sure. However, as a grown adult I really struggled here. There are roaming dogs on the property. There is a ceiling that sheds limestone every few hours. The bathrooms never dry because of the moisture. I have no idea how this building would be up to code in the United States, it’d be condemned for mold. If you are not sure about where to stay in this area, I would not suggest this place but if you’re deciding between cave -like dwelling for the experience, I guess this one is comparable to the rest.

Great hotel , super efficient and service oriented staff both at the reception and at the small restaurant. Fabulous views from the higher multiple common balconies . A 10 minute walk to the town for shopping/food

The coziness and beauty of this hotel is amazing. The design and details of every element and architecture of the hotel is really nice, making it very beautiful and comfortable to stay in. All the rooms and zones are very clean, and the service is great. One of the nicest things are the themes of every room and that each one has it's own charm. Also the big and varied breakfast they serve is delicious and full of all the typical things you expect from Turkish cuisine. The next time I go to Capadoccia, I will definitely stay here. Also because the price/quality range for one night stay is pretty good.
