Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast and menu could be better. Cold beer is available after explaining the staff where to find it in the fridge (normal procedure in Asia).

I would give here a 3.5⭐but since that is not possible i have to switch to the 3 ⭐. We actually had a great stay at the hotel. We almost had it for ourselves.. That was good for us but not for the hotel i guess. But here is the reason why not 4 or 5 ⭐: Since we were almost alone at the hotel we still had our Room on the noisier side of the hotel (right next to the street). As soon as you know the Vietnamese traffic honking then you know what I'm talking about .. Why didn't we just get a good room that is also quiet ? I mean the Hotel had approx. like 500 other Rooms free at that time. Also our food for dinner was not warm. We also went to the SPA and the Sauna had to heat up for 2 hours. -> I know it makes sense since we were almost alone that the Sauna is not turned on the whole day waiting for us. But still at least someone could have told us that before we went there 😅 It seems like that this Hotel is on the right Track for a 5 Stars Review but it just needs some more time to learn.

Oh wow - we were blown away - it’s 5 star next level !! Absolutely stunning place - staff are fantastic- check in lounge wa crazy amazing! We had to pick our pillows too 😂 Just beautiful- a must stay for next level luxury

Spacious and beautiful hotel with 5 star amenities. Excellent wifi, bedding and views from the room(with balcony)! The pool and gym are amazing and very clean. The buffet breakfast was a delight with an extensive selection of meals and options on offer. I found the location a little far from the main city, as I was planning to explore local Haiphong delicacies. However, a short grab trip was the solution. The staff, from reception, to the chefs, waitresses and spa, all were amazing and welcoming and spoke great English. If only they could move the hotel closer to the city!!!

Overall, Best destination for family. 1. Room cleanliness awesome 2.Bed/ pillow too good and comfortable. 3. Way approach and Communication to customer was great. 4. Travel assistance by Ms.Jeanie who assisted me to get good travel package In last minute. 5.Spa- one of the very professional therapist. (Ms. Giang) - during therapy, I feel more relaxed. Very decent and professional behaviour. 6. Special thanks to Ms. Tammy who welcome me and explain the level features, bill support.
