Just home from a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. Marina at the reception was so very welcoming and friendly. She was ready to answer any questions we had. Our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the continental breakfast both mornings of our stay. Again the food and beverage team were kind and friendly. I will only ever stay in this hotel in Paris again. Thanks so very much to the incredible staff for making our stay like home from home.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautifully appointed space. In particular the breakfast staff was delightful. Maikert helped me with my Spanish and was always ready with a smile. Getting to know him was a high point of the visit! The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed seven nights and truly felt settled in and at home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Paris and all the people at this hotel made it much easier, since most of the people in París don’t want to speak English, it was a relief to get to the hotel at night being able to speak to very friendly people who helped us with suggestions, instructions and directions where and how to go. Before my trip, I was told most of the people in Paris are a little rude and indeed they are. So the hotel was like an oasis for us. breakfast was always enjoyable with very kind people like Maikert and Miriam who were always attentive to see if we were satisfied or needed something else. Location was fantastic, close to most of the main attractions and one block away from the train. Later we discovered we were in the same block where Channel creates most of the couture clothes for famous people. Very happy with the hotel, specially the people

Front desk staff were amazing! Very helpful! Dining room staff, not so much! Not very pleasant, unhappy staff. We were prepared for smaller hotel rooms, but were not expecting dirty carpet and bad mattresses. They did provide mattress pads when requested. Bring your own washcloths, none provided! Nor sure how they are rated 4 stars. On a positive note, within walking distance to food and shopping.
