I stayed in this hotel from November 8 to 12 (Room 703). The staff is courteous and helpful, assisting you as much as they can. The cleaning ladies, who are super nice, don't speak English, but you can use Google Translate to communicate with them. My room is suitable for a solo traveler, spacious and newly renovated. The air conditioning, shower, TV, refrigerator, and kettle work perfectly. The bathroom facilities—shower, toilet, sink, and bidet—are also in good working order. My bed and pillows are comfy, and I receive daily supplies of water bottles, coffee, and tea. The hotel is located on a busy street. While I can't speak for other rooms, I personally don't hear any noise from the outside. There are numerous local food stalls outside that get crowded at night. Initially, I thought the location might be sketchy, but I felt safe walking around at night. This is not a five-star hotel, so expect services and amenities based on what you paid for. For me, it's worth it. Note: I suggest to message the hotel after booking and a day or hours before your arrival. Their staffs are working in different shifts and different hotels.

Lovely little hotel with fantastic location and friendly staff. Communication was excellent and transport from airport organised by the hotel was at a very competitive rate. Rooms a tiny bit tired but good hot showers and lovely clean bedding.

We reserved this hotel 2 months in advance. Two days before our stay there we got a message in WhatsApp from the manager informing us that our room has some plumbing problems and they can only offer to place us in another hotel at the other end of the city. We were replying to them through the platform where we made reservations asking to confirm this information and this time they said that yes the problem is the hotel in general, that it needs renovations. We were already in the city, so we went physically to the reception and the receptionist informed us that they are actually fully booked. The family room which we reserved, they have 4 of them and they were fully booked for the long stays, so they have prioritised them. After contacting the manager the receptionist started to change the story and her suggestion was to put an extra bed in a room for 2 people. We asked if there would be any space to move in that room , and she said that she is not sure. We left and contacted the company through which we made a reservation, they helped us out. It was not the first time that this happened. Be careful. Never answer through WhatsApp, so you have proof and avoid this place if you can.

Avoid!!! I don’t normally post negative reviews but this place is a complete scam. We booked a balcony room 7 months in advance and when we arrived late last night, after confirming our arrival with the hotel earlier in the day, we were told our room wasn’t available because it was already occupied and that we’d been ‘upgraded’. The upgrade was no such thing. The room was small, run down, musty and there were cables sticking out of all the walls, holes in the bathroom ceiling, mould and soap scum in the bathroom, and a shower that sprayed water up instead of down. We were also told the room had a ‘view’… of a concrete wall. We were offered a 50,000 dong per night reduction in price, even though the room we were transferred to was almost $10CAD less than the balcony room when we booked it. Oh and the light from the hallway shines so brightly through the frosted room door so it’s hard to sleep at night. We were also told that we could move to the original room we booked in 2 days time, but we’d had enough. The girl at the front desk wouldn’t return our passport or let us pay for the single night we stayed until she had spoken to her manager - who had ignored our message the night before when we wrote to them to complain. After this experience, we looked back through the negative reviews, and they have pulled this scam on many other people. This is how they operate, this was not a mistake. Overall terrible service, terrible room. Such a shame as the location seemed central and fun. What a horrible way to start our first time in Vietnam.
