This resort is located not too far from the airport which is good. We arrived late in the evening and thankfully some friendly intoxicated guest was able to point us in the direction of our building- in the dark when you have no clue where things are it would have been helpful to have staff doing this job. Our first room didn’t have a working lock on the door so we did get moved to a building with doors that locked. There is really limited lighting in the buildings so watch your step at night. The property was lovely, but the resort needs updating. We had an issue with the bathroom sink being plugged and then with the A/C quitting, but we called 0 and both were promptly fixed. You cannot use the beach, but the beach at the resort next door is fantastic. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 2 or 3, but we were there with others and made the best time we could with them. I would stay elsewhere next time as there are so many resorts you can choose from.

Second visit to this resort. We can back as it was a solid location and we enjoyed the last visit. I rate based on comparable resorts and we were happy. Service and staff were all amazing. Food was great and a good selection. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed very comfortable. We did have issues in busy times getting hot water. They need to get more beach chair/loungers. Was next to impossible to get one unless you camped on one super early. I do wish they would also politely enforce smoking areas. There were very few smokers but they would park in clearly non smoking areas with signage. The beach is soft and great sand but turns to much about 50’ out. Snorkeling was not possible but East of the resort is a small stream existing the first with great snorkeling.

Below average experience. The rooms and building needed renovation and looked very old. The food was terrible and low quality which gave us stomach issues all throughout our stay. The massage room was a joke, just a room which was not relaxing or comfortable. The service was great and their staff was very helpful. One thing about the staff to note is that about the kids club, there was no Xbox or PlayStation like we were promised upon arrival and the soccer and basketball was for toddlers and not the ages for our kids. The person who greeted us who outright lied to us wasting our time. The location was nice with a beach and a few pools. The cocktails were HORRIBLE. Do not recommend staying here, lots of nicer properties/resorts around it.

We only checked in late yesterday evening, so this is our first impression only of the room. The room is terrible! This is worth a maximum of 2-3*. Very old. There is no table or chairs in the room, although there is a lot of space. The refrigerator simply does not work, although if you need to heat something in it, you are welcome. The sockets work through one. The TV doesn't work either. Beds (although in the description there were Queens) - double.

I was really worried when I read the reviews after booking this place. The weather ia unseasonably cold and rainy at the moment, and reviews were uncomplimentary. However, we have found the room clean and spacious and the food superb. My one gripe is there isn't a king size bed but two very small, almost single beds. People are walking around with smiles and there is a lot of laughter. The staff are warm and welcoming. The grounds are huge and beautiful and there is a lot of wildlife. Land trains operate all day and into the night. There is a very faint smell when you're around the front grounds of the property. Some have suggested its sewerage, I'm not sure, but it is faint and it's only at the front by the lobby. Don't be put off by the reviews. It's lovely. We're still here, so will add pictures and further thoughts later x
