An excelent place to stay when visiting Warsaw with your family! We booked a room which is more than generous for 2 adults and a baby. The place was very clean which was very important for a baby that crawls all over the place. Staff was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The apartment is facilitated with all the utilities you need for a home away from home. Location is also great - close to any points of interest in Warsaw! Will book it again in my future visits for sure!

My booking was cancelled on the day of arrival. The reason given was that my card was not valid, however, I double checked, it was valid and funds were available. I updated the card details to be sure and within the time given. I attempted to call, email and message the host to resolve the 'issue', however, was not able get through and did not receive any response. Instead my booking was just cancelled leaving me to re-book elsewhere when prices were higher. Very disappointing and inconvenient. I am a regular business traveller and have not experience such lack of service before.
