We had a 2 night stay. First hotel that mentioned our gold status on check-in, which was nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Big comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We enjoyed it and would come back.

This was a really good hotel experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy with good large rooms, where there is plenty of room for the extra bed we need as a large family. Nice new bathroom. It is well located centrally across from a park and relatively close to the motorway. Good service from friendly staff - especially in the restaurant in the evening, where we also had a delicious meal even though we arrived quite late. The breakfast buffet is richly varied and very delicious. Very appealing with and Belgian with the option to make your own waffle with different toppings. The kids especially loved this. This hotel chain is to be commended for making great offers that make travelling as a family easy. We were well received and it won't be the last time we book here.

Pretty good hotel. But lots of students on staff in the weekend with not the best hospitality skills. Checkin was really bad and our room was not ready. Rooms are nice but could be sound proofed better. Breakfast was good.
