I was able to have a very pleasant trip through this hotel while visiting Dalat. The accommodation was very clean and luxurious, which gave me great satisfaction. I could feel that it was a hotel that cared about the small things. A staff named Loan helped us check-in when we arrived. She was very friendly and solved the problems we wanted. If I visit Dalat again, I would like to visit this hotel again. Thank you for helping me with a good trip.

Mercure Resort impresses with its modern European style and outstanding amenities, especially the delightful buffet breakfast. Although the upgrade to the executive room was appreciated, the view facing a residential house outside didn't quite match the allure of the resort scenery available in other rooms. Nevertheless, the resort's contemporary charm and superb breakfast make it a compelling choice for a comfortable stay

Mercure Dalat Hotel is a tranquil sanctuary, nestled in a serene location and adorned with early 20th-century colonial elegance. The hotel comprises several individual villas, each exuding a sense of privacy and exclusivity. One of its most impressive features is the exceptional soundproofing; even with the outdoor hustle and bustle, the tranquility inside remains undisturbed. The service is top-notch, complemented by a splendid breakfast spread and an exceedingly attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a luxurious stay. Although officially rated as a four-star hotel, Mercure Dalat truly delivers a five-star experience, making it a remarkable choice for those seeking quietude and quality in Dalat.

This resort is stunning! It is an extremely beautiful accommodation with impressive gardens. Gorgeous! It is very French themed throughout. As you wander through the gardens French music plays. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony which we loved. The location is fantastic and plenty of taxis available. The staff will do what they can to assist you. We saw a wedding and can completely understand why this was chosen as a location. Beautiful! The best bits - stunning resort visually from every location - Incredible gardens - good sized rooms - great bathroom - the balcony is gorgeous - food in the restaurant was delicious - easy location to the city by taxi (5mins) - room service - kindness of staff Improvement areas - flashing smoke detector above the bed was annoying - limited sound proofing when next to stairwell woke us up each night - breakfast first morning had not one cleared table ready for use due to a large breakfast rush but unnecessarily messy and took quite some time to clear. We helped ourselves. - mini bar removed from the room unsure why should be an option on check in - limited English of team made it challenging to seek help - champagne was expensive but VERY small serve - buffet is too spread out with eggs and toast and juice all too far apart. - granola is needed - would be great if offered tea or coffee when you are seated to save so many trips for breakfast. - event held at the resort at night made us feel unwelcome and we were told to take a stairwell instead of the main stairs. - no one says good morning, thank you or goodbye. - French music in restaurant is just a bit too loud. The things listed are minor and do not in any way lessen the remarkable resort that this is. It needs to be seen to be believed. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Dalat Resort. Hotel location is perfect, far enough from the city center to be very quiet in a peaceful and not polluted environment, yet with many taxis always in front of the hotel if needed (+Grab works very well). Hotel room was great, very comfortably equipped and quite large. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, gym was still under construction and staff sent us a sports mat to the room so we could exercise. Breakfast has a lot of options.
