Great location (close to 2 stations and many bus routes), shopping venues and restaurants reachable on foot. Close to gay area in Berlin West. Quiet and save neighbourhood. Hotel us not too big either (108 Rooms). Breakfast very good.

I arrived, checked-in, paid in advance and only after that the reception communicated me that the elevator was not working since the day before and will not be repaired before 1 week…and that my room was on the 5th floor without any option to change! No apologies, no discount, no opportunity to go somewhere else was offered. For sure I will never come again.

The room is clean though small. Location is good enough but not so near train station. The pillow is really soft made me have a neck pain. I gave 3 stars because the reception named Daniel is very lacking in hospitality, no smile or greetings. Like a robot. There is only one elevator for 6/7 floors, so u have to wait for a while to use elevator. and you need to tell them in advance if you need room cleaning. The breakfast spread is lacking variety. Same menu everyday and without any fresh fruits or juice and also no salad available.
