Very nice room, clean, great staff! (Specially Tolga). Close (walking distance) to the hotel there are streets with shops, restaurants. If I come again İstanbul I would definitely stay here again.

Overall satisfied to stay at this hotel, could be excellent. The hotel location is really heart of the shopping area but still so quiet in the room though its next to the main street. This hotel has many services to offer like spa / sauna / jacuzzi / hamam / bar. Easy to reach by bus or Uber taxi to the hotel from the Istanbul Airport. In the breakfast has plenty of Turkish cuisine as buffet I enjoyed most. The shinning star in the restaurant was young chef she greet us during serve the food everyday which is really an amazing service. I feel front office and hotel staff should be more integrate to the guest even though I stayed almost a week I haven't even get in touch just to say hello or how's my stay except the young chef (sorry that i forgot her name).

Everyone was attentive from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. However, Mr. Yusuf shows that he loves his job and his experience at every opportunity. He provided us with incredible convenience in a region we were unfamiliar with, with small touches. I would like to especially thank him.

I had such an amazing experience staying at this hotel, the staff is great. The customer service is excellent . They welcomed you very nice . The front desk does an exceptional job , Korean very helpful and friendly. Mecbure the housekeeper even though with some language barrier she goes beyond to meet your needs and serve you at her best abilities, I will definitely return to this hotel .
