Great hotel, friendly staff once I arrived @ the lobby the staff offered to help carry my luggage to the room. I got the privilege room im so happy bcause the room is very big, beautiful, clean, neat & I got surprised food (cake)🍰 from the hotel. The food is good & many choices. Overall anything is good👍🏻

Stayed overnight on a business trip. Arrived late at night and left early morning. When checking in 2 people tried to push through the queue, with one of them brushing shoulders right next to me and making himself comfortable at the counter. Staff did not ask them to move back and respect my personal space. Not impressed. Room 753 has no hot water. After 10 hours of travelling, had to take a cold shower before sleeping. Worse experience ever.

Spacious room, with the nice view to the garden. The bathroom is clean, shower is big. The gym is maintained very good, the swimming pool is clean. There’s a lot of variety for breakfast, and most of the food is taste good, especially the freshly cooked fried rice and the noodle soup, yumm!! When we arrived at daytime for the first time to check in, it’s quite hard to find the parking space, and it’s harder to find one at night. Over all, recommended hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Stayed 2 nights in a refurbished room which was upgraded to a larger room with a modern colonial design. We also had dinner and we were served very well by Miss Isna and Mr.Joshua who provided menu recommendations, the taste of the delicious food was beyond expectations. The location is very convenient for exploring the old city. Prices are reasonable. I am very satisfied staying here
