we stayed at Mercure in November, it was rather rainy so we spent some more time in the hotel. Our stay was fantastic, the room was huge for two kids to play 😉
Very good breakfast as well as offer in the afternoon. The restaurant staff is just wonderful, very friendly and attentive.
We recommend Mercure and will visit it again;)

I stayed in this hotel 3 nights, but was about to leave after the first night.
The room temperature was too high, which I reported 4 times to the reception. At the 4th time, I was offered to change the room, but the receptionist told me, that the whole hotel has the same temperature. The window was open all day and night, which cooled down the room a little bit. As the window was open, mosquito came in and bite one of my kids around 15 times.
If you would like to charge your electric vehicle, you'll have to use the parking garage, which costs 12€ per night. They'll even charge an hourly rate, if you leave the parking garage and come back later.
Breakfast was very good. The room size was great too!

Worst experience ever. Firstly, the restaurant is closed. There was however room service available, but to access the menu, you have to scan the QR code which takes you to a PDF - no way to order online. I tried to call to order but nobody answered my room service calls, so I decided to get takeout delivered. I tried to eat my delivered food in the cafe area but I got told off by a staff member and they said I was not allowed to eat my food there. The only reason why I am eating food from a third-party is because nobody answered my room service calls and that the restaurant is closed. We are not even walking distance from any restaurants, so closing this is a huge inconvenience. Stupid rules.
Moreover, instead of walking up to me to tell me that I am not allowed to eat food from somewhere else, the lady decided to tell me across the room while there were other patrons dining there. Thank you for embarrassing me.
The wi-fi constantly disconnects and is unreliable. I'm on data 80% of the time because of how unreliable the network is.
The walls are thin, and I can hear every little conversation next door to me, even at low volumes.
There is no security in this hotel. Anybody can use the elevator or stairs, or even the gym and shower facilities without a key card. What is the point?
To top it off, the "Turkish Bath" is a joke. It is a cheap sauna with four seats in a tiny little room. Why did you even try to oversell it by listing this?
