The staff at this hotel were very helpful when we arrived as we spoke little French and they went out of their way to communicate with us in English. This was greatly appreciated by us. Upon entering our room the fold out lounge for my daughter had no sheets and was not ready for her. We had to ask twice for it to be attended to but it was eventually sorted and she slept very comfortably on the fold out sofa. The carpet in the rooms look like they have not been cleaned in many years and the bathroom is small and dated but it was very clean. The breakfast provided was plentiful. Despite all the talk of 'bedbugs' in France we did not experience any problems of this nature and the main bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I would stay here again just for the location near to the tower. You could almost reach out and touch it when you exited the hotel lobby. The staff were helpful with directions etc. So overall it was good stay.

I am not sure where I went wrong with this. I stayed here 9 years ago and was happy with this hotel. Now, I am not so sure if this time was a smart return. Staff are great and often go out of their way to assist guests as best they can. But the feeling of money pinching hotel management regime is profound. Definitely, this won't be our future stay in Paris again. Enough.

The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower, infact you can see the iconic structure as soon as you leave the hotel. The Metro is again only 5 mins so transport to the hotel is excellent. the room was spacious, clean and had all the services, Staff were excellent, informed them i was only English speaking and they catered to my needs and spoke clearly and friendly, the ONLY issue...was breakfast, there was pastries, cereal, drinks and yogurt however no vegan option for sausages. that was my only issue and overall a pleasant experience.

Great location as it is only a short five minute walk to the right to get to the Eiffel Tower. The room stayed in had a stand up shower, but you had to hold the head which was difficult. There was a rain shower option but that only works if you are trying to wash everything. I wish there was more than two pillows to sleep on, that left my neck hurting the next day. There was also a rip and stain on my sheets that was not appealing.
