Very cute hotel in a lively part of Paris. I loved that all the major attractions (The Louvre, gardens, etc.) were only a 20 minute ride via the Metro. There is great food right next door to the hotel, which is always great. The hotel rooms are small (1-2 people max) but they are cozy and remind me of a hotel room from a parisian movie. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall a decent place. Their breakfast every morning was very good! Very tiny space though, we’re from Canada so felt quite claustrophobic (plus my husband is a big guy). Interiors are modern (some cool designs on the ceiling) and very clean. All of the Staff is very friendly and helpful (except for one gentleman Vlad he didn't seem to care much for good customer service). Manager is great, she saw us dead tired in the lobby waiting for check in and gave us the room 1.5hrs early and 1hour late checkout. Recommended but don’t look at it as a 4 star hotel as the amenities are not match to that level.

We arrived early and the room was not available which is fine. We returned after lunch and continued to wait but once it got past our check in time I enquired why we were still waiting to be told it was because we had booked a twin room (which we had selected online as it showed it as an option). Not sure why that option was available if it couldn’t be accommodated. Didn’t want to make a fuss so just took the double. Lift was tiny, said it accommodated 4 people but post Covid I’m not sure you’d be comfortable getting that close to a stranger in a confined space. Room was fairly small although bed was big and very comfortable too. Bathroom was a good size. Décor in room was a little gloomy which didn’t help the small space. We don’t think it was worth the price we paid and personally wouldn’t rate it as a 4* for eg. there was no moisturiser, ear buds, cotton wool or slippers etc. Around the bathroom door handle the paint had peeled off showing bright pink paint beneath. There were stains on the carpet etc. We were given a room on the top floor with a towel/laundry storage room next to us so each time they came in that room we could hear the door opening/closing, staff talking and even hear them walking around. I was convinced at one point someone was in our room it was that close. This meant our sleep was disturbed early every morning. On our other side the room must have had their wardrobe in the notch in our room so every time they opened and closed it (including late at night) we could hear it. Breakfast was in the basement and had a good selection and the young male serving was very polite and helpful. With the door to the kitchen wide open you could see staff eating as they walked about which isn’t good. Generally staff were polite and helpful. We asked if we could check out late and were granted an extra hour but then house keeping turned up and we got a phone call from reception too asking why we hadn’t checked out. Apparently the chap that agreed it hadn’t put it on the system. It seemed as though the tiny lift was also the service lift with trolleys of washing going up & down as well as huge mattresses so occasionally there was a long delay. Location wise easy enough to get to by metro. In a busy street with lots of restaurants and cafes.
