Too expensive, room too small and not acceptable for this price. Heating not working, elevator broken, orange juice at breakfast mixed with water. No body lotion in the hotel. Not accor standard from my judgement. I stay since 15 years yearly at least 20 nights in accor hotels.

Rooms were small but that was to be expected. No TV control which meant we couldn't use the television. The building site opposite started at 7.30am every morning where they weren't supposed to start until 8.00am

I had a reasonable stay but was disappointed by the fact that nobody was there to open the main door to the hotel a 2.45am in the morning. I had to seek help from the night receptionnist at the other mercure hotel next door. It turned out that the night porter was sleeping and we woke him up by banging against the hotel main front door. As the doorbell did not work! Nobody answered the phone either (using the number mentioned on the doorbell!) This is not very professional and it left me with a bad image of the hotel

We are a family of 5 people and we have stayed at the Hotel, and despite that we had an incident with the reservation, the Hotel solved it for us. I have to say the good treatment and the full disposition of the receptionist Luis and the supervisor of the Hotel in solving the problem and we attend so that we are comfortable. We are very grateful and happy with the treatment received. Thanks very much. It is a new Hotel, well-kept hotel with very good facilities. It has rooms of various sizes, I recommend medium size room. The room are new and well-kept. The location of the Hotel is ideal, close to all the tourist sites. Great location. I recommend it 100%, the staff is excellent and friendly. If I return to Paris we will return to this Hotel.
