Excellent customer service. Pleasant and happy staff. Welcoming environment. The breakfast was great with many healthy selections. I loved the idea of roast chicken . Good quality chicken 👍 , the omelette was really nice . Freshly squeezed orange 🍊 juice. High quality loose tea and freshly grounded coffee . The gym was great too 👍👍👍 thank you

The hotel is in a great spot and the staff work really fast. I did an online check-in, so I got to my room quickly. The room was a bit small for what I paid, but maybe that's because the hotel is in a good location. There was only one working elevator because the other one was broken, so I had to wait a bit to use it. But the biggest problem was with the cleaning staff. I put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door because I didn't want anyone coming into my room. But the maid ignored the sign and came in every day. This made me feel like the hotel isn't safe. I didn't like that at all.

Smooth check-in, comfortable beds, v small mini fridges in every room, great location near St. Lazare station, wonderful and easy walking to the main sites. Obv the rooms were small as it's Parisian hotels, and I was fine with that because I had stayed in other hotels before. Heating/AC worked fine and that was important for us. I would totally stay there again. They have a water-refill station which helped us loads to stay hydrated both during the day while sightseeing and at night coming back. Lots of amenities nearby (shopping centres, supermarkets, etc).

I just got back from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. I don't often write reviews, but I had such a lovely visit, I wanted to share. I was traveling for work, so I booked a single room. It was small, but comfortable. I was only in my room to sleep! Plenty of USB charging ports. As others mentioned, the hair dryer automatically turns off when it gets too warm, so if you have a lot of hair, it takes a long time to dry. That was the only inconvenience I experienced. The staff at this hotel are wonderful! They were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't speak any French, but everyone was happy and willing to speak English. The breakfast staff, the front desk staff, and housekeeping were all warm and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and the location of this hotel is excellent. The big expensive shopping malls are close by, but the nearby small, local shops were fantastic and affordable. Easy walks to all the museums and sites.

First, they couldn't find my reservation. They gave me a room that was on the other side of the hotel. There was no lift leading to my room. So I had to get off on the 5th floor, then go through the stairs, then walk another 10m to reach my room. The Spa didn't want to lend me a towel went I went to the gym because they argued that the towels they used were of higher quality. So I had to go all the way to m y room to pick one of those. Finally, the breakfast was 21€ on top of the cost of the room. For the price you pay 280€+ I was expecting that the breakfast would be included. Not a great experience if I'm honest.
