Don’t come to this hotel if you expect a normal 4 star hotel … poor management (new replacement staff left alone to solve issues at reception, electricity did not work in my room and I had to fight to exchange my room at 11 PM , hotel staff that call off guests for leaving their personal belongings on the table when going to grab more food, hallways are dirty )…. They do not have any toiletries available in the room, breakfast was pretty bad with power scramble eggs and uncooked bacon and sausage… There is a lot better around the location. I was there for just one night on a business trip and do not recommend this hotel… the location is the only thing that was positive since it is on a side street where there is not much noise.

The Mercure staff (Agathe in particular) really went above and beyond to make our stay special! I will definitely come back! The location of the hotel is super convenient for visiting Paris on foot

Location is good, rooms clean yet small (but it's Paris so standard size maybe). The big issue is the way the hotel is built, it is "apartment style" with a tiny elevator and lots of small stairs which you have to pass to access to your room, which makes it extremely painful if you have luggage. Definitely not barrier-free. Breakfast is basic. If you are solo traveller with light luggage and need to be in this area, the hotel should be fine.

🙄😑 3 Stars hotel ⭐️ Very small room, very very small bathroom, bed is just but comfortable, no water in the room / nothing offered even you are Platinium member. Room is totally silent that s a positive thing. OTHER ♦️staff is very friendly and smiling at least 🙂 No room service, iron table available in a very very micro small room with not enough light and a bit dirty, with iron machine old damaged and dirty… BREAKFAST 🥞 is 3/10, poor choice of food, quality average low, the dinning room is a messy place of plastic chairs, feels and is dark without appropriate light, it feels very cheap. This hotel is a very cheap place and you feel it as soon as you enter.
