My flight was delayed by several hours and I did not arrive until 1:00am. Reception staff were lovely. I had to leave early on the first day and reported an issue with the shower riser rail. When I returned in the evening it was fixed. Staff in the bar area were also very nice and despite being very busy (the bar area was full), they still managed to find us a table.

It's not so far from airport so it's convenient. But no restaurants or bars nearby, only in the hotel. Breakfast buffet needs to improve. Main dishes are bread, cheese, ham and some fruits. There is no hot dishes nor salad bars. However, there is coffee machine which I can enjoy fresh coffee.

Very helpful front of house team. Room was well presented, clean and all facilities as described. We were travelling with small children and arrived late to the hotel so had dinner as room service. The meal was very tasty and reasonable pricing for quality presented.

You must walk 3 miles or more in Charles de Gaul airport to find the shuttle to this hotel. I'm told they drop you at the pickup point when they take you back to catch your flight, so plan for an hour or more just for walking to get to security before your flight. Waited over half an hour in the restaurant without a waiter stopping by to offer water or an explanation. Fed up I stood up and asked the bartender what it takes to get any attention. What good is a 23 Euro voucher for dinner if you can't get a meal? Avoid this hotel if your flight is canceled. Ask for another one.

Very clean and quiet, let down by breakfast. This was the last hotel that we stayed at on our 11 night tour of France. The lobby is open and welcoming, and my room was spotless, with bath over shower. Bed was really comfortable. Our breakfast was included in the tour. Had I paid for it, I would have been very miffed! Very limited range, and of this, the yoghurt was a cheap bulk made sweetened variety, and the cheese was so tasteless they could have served the plastic it came in. Only one cereal. Fortunately not hungry as up very early. Other than breakfast, would recommend as a nice stop over hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
