When I got to the hotel, the ceiling was leaking, so I had to be moved to another room. Every morning, the cleaning staff would start at 8am and be extremely noisy. The walls were also very thin, so I could hear my neighbors all the time. The floors in the hallways were extremely dirty. Overall, this hotel was not worth the price and was definitely not 4 stars. Would not recommend.

My first time at Mercure anywhere, surprised with Small sized rooms, and odd layout of bath, commode and washbasin. Otherwise rest of facilities in hotel were very good , friendly front office staff. And we felt location was very convenient, almost central to all places you would want to go around in Singapore

My stay was good, but rooms' walls are very thin so you can hear everything happening in the rooms around and in the hallways (TV, phone conversations, door slamming...). Housekeeping forgot to make the bed. Otherwise, the location was great.

Our visit to this hotel was unplanned as Singapore Airlines put us in here for one night due to a flight delay to KL. I must say I was impressed with the service provided by the hotel. Upon arrival they immediately paid our Taxi drive for us and provided us with fruit juice and a bento box full of nice hot food (it was after midnight). The room was spacious, clean and modern. Very comfortable beds and slept well - even though it was only for 6 hours as we had to catch an early taxi back to the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel when in Singapore.
