I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Tangerang Centre, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The hotel boasts a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations, making it a great place to stay. However, a couple of areas could need some attention for an even better guest experience. While the food quality was satisfactory, I felt the variety to be quite limited. It would be fantastic to see an increase in the breakfast menu, with more options that cater to varied tastes and dietary needs. A more varied menu would surely improve the overall eating experience for guests. Additionally, the parking situation may be improved. While the hotel does provide parking, it could be beneficial to evaluate and optimise the current system to better satisfy the needs of all guests. Finally, Mercure Tangerang Centre provides a pleasing atmosphere, attentive personnel, and pleasant accommodations, making it an excellent place to stay. With some attention given to the variety of breakfast selections and parking facilities, this hotel has the potential to significantly improve the visitor experience. I'm looking forward to seeing how Mercure Tangerang Centre expands its offers in the future.

Room was comfy . I had a 2 deep slept night here apart at morning 4.30 am there were nearby mosque pray so loud . The breakie was so so very basic standard hotel breakie. Nothing special. I ordered nasi goreng kampung and tasty . The downside this hotel is parking. They dont have much parking space however the valet always there to help. Ill be back again for sure.

One of my best experience staying in Jakarta, friendly staff, very accommodating and polite . I’ve asked for late check out due to my flight has been delayed by 5 hours and they were willing to let me stay until 2.30pm. That’s just so amazing! Thank you so much Hotel Mercury. Highly recommended

I think this hotel punches above its weight (star) class. Room was very nice, bed is nice and blanket is very soft to the touch, not to mention electric outlets are everywhere! The sofa in front of the bed is also a very nice touch. Breakfast is overall okay, hot food selection is a bit limited (taste is not bad though!) but the dessert section is very nice! Overall very recommended and will stay again!
