We had the best time in Istanbul. Extremely good location. The breakfast was excellent 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 Our family is quite big (4 children), but the staff was patient and kind, willing to help. We’ll definitely go back!

I didn't see a sign of a one-star hotel here, it's not even a hostel or an inn. It's a series of old buildings over 50 years old that smell inside the corridor. I had booked many hotels until now, but the wrong comments of my friends made me wrong. Of course, it goes without saying that the staff of the place provide more services to those who come to the hotel with beautiful women, they are sick and unhealthy people. I recommend all my friends to this place with their families. Don't go in a bad way because you pay money here and you will be insulted and your family will be looked down upon! Friends, there are no honest and committed managers and personnel here, and there are no more than fraudsters and swindlers! Here, they want your money, insult you, and attack your family!

We were happy to spend our new year holiday with my family in your hotel. The location is perfect, galata, pera, beyoğlu were all with us👍 thank you for the clean rooms, friendly and quality service, we arrived at our own home. See you again soon🙋

This hotel was absolutely great. The rooms were very clean, they gave us anything we wanted. Also, every morning they would come to breakfast room and asked us do we want anything and is everything okay. The staff were great, very helpful and always smilling. Also, it is located 3 minutes away from Galata tower and about 10 minutes from metro station and tram station. The breakfast is also really good, it doesn’t matter if you go first or last one, you will always have enough food to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of you.

The worst experience ever! STAY AWAY. BED BUGS! I did a big mistake to book their our family reunion. I'm a seasoned traveler. But this is my first time dealing with a service like that. Be aware they are giving you a whatsapp number to contact and the contact person does not speak any english, very rude and you have beg him to bring you stuff like towels, shampoos and so on (we were staying for 9 days, we needed it), he is also answering within 2-3 days. On the 2nd day of our stay, we noticed bites on my husband and myself. We contacted the property and they answered and started acting only 4 days after when our bodies were covered with bites. We were scared to bring these insects on our clothes and in bags, so we agreed on their offer to laundry all of it. The state of our cloth, when returned after laundry, was awful. So now we have a severe reaction and huge red marks all over our bodies after bites and on top of that our clothes destroyed, smelly, has some stains. When we were dealing with the issue finally, we were promised a lot of things to fix it and to leave us happy at the end, but it was nothing but words, unfortunately.
