It's a very nice hotel to stay. Great location and delicious breakfast. Also, I ordered dinner to the room which was good. My room was very small, everything is so tiny. The stairs to the second floor are very steep, it was difficult for me to lift the suitcase. The staff promised to help in five minutes, but it took 5 times for 5 minutes and nothing happened. Hopefully they helped me with my luggage during checking out. And they ordered a taxi to the airport.

Good hotel in an excellent location, close to galata tower and the istiklal street. No issue with noise at all. Special shout out to the sweetest lady at reception Mukaddes, she was very helpful.. very warm and welcoming, helped us with our luggage since no elevator and answered all our questions patiently .. thank you so much! Breakfast was very good, with lots of vegetarian options. Only down side is that the wifi was not very good in our room, but not a huge issue as all Cafes and restaurants outside have wifi.

We stayed in this hotel on June 2023, i do not recommend this hotel at all. - Cleanliness: the least to say the rooms are disgusting, bugs in the room and blood stains on the sheets, towels are not clean ( photos attached ) - the rooms are extremely small, smaller than the size published on there website, furniture is in a bad shape. - service and staff: we booked the hotel not knowing that it does kit have an elevator, when we learned that, we sent them an email requesting a first floor room ( because I’m pregnant) and they confirmed, when we arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, he gave us a room in the second floor and when we complained he kept saying it’s “not his problem” because room numbers are assigned by another team! We spent an hour calling his management and finally they changed our room after the first night! The breakfast is ok, but they have little flies everywhere due to lack of cleanliness Location is central and good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Meroddi Galata Mansion. The staff if insanely attentive and supportive, they will always answer any questions you might have. The rooms are very tidy and comfortable, breakfast was great! The hotel is in a very VERY nice area, lots of trendy restaurants, bars and cafes are nearby. It is uphill, so be ready for a bit of a workout, but it's right next to Galata tower which is just stunning. Will definitely stay here again!
