Great hotel in the middle of the action in Istanbul. Tucked away in a side street, this hotel is far away enough so it’s quiet at night, but super close to shops and a large range of restaurants. We were upgraded to a larger room for our stay which was a great bonus. The rooms are totally self sufficient, so you can cook a meal if you want and clean your clothes.

The hotel had to be the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever come across ! We didn’t even stay the night because of how disgusting the customer service is at this place ! Worst location, the rooms as small as a shoe box, lied continuously to us, breakfast in another building, washing machine in a different room. The workers Musab and Umit are disgusting and rude especially Umit. He will tell you to sh in the middle of a conversation. Musab saying that advertisement is misleading. Stay away from these people and this hotel very misleading. And also they never gave us a refund they told us to go else where so be careful stay away!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was super clean. The receptionist guy was super friendly and helpful. It can be a little confusing when your ride drops you off but don’t stress, the hotel reception is on the next street, literally 10 steps away. The street is very quiet but my goodness it’s so close to everything. Istiklal is 1 minute away, Galata tower a few steps away, Sishane station that connects you to all metros is also a few meters away. So easy to move around using public transport. We even used the tram from Meroddi to the airport and paid only 100 liras for 2 and an Uber was costing us 800 liras. This place is so central and a gem!

Great location. We had an issue at arrival, they upgraded our room, but room ac was not working and the bathroom shower was clogged. We ask for room changed then they gave us in the main reception building one room but heater was on all the time and we were not able to control it. Overall the location is great. Yes they have lifts. Very noisy at night since we had to sleep with window open due to the heat in the room
